You can be brilliant at what you do and still struggle to build the business around it.
You didn't become a coach, practitioner, therapist or purpose-led entrepreneur because you were fascinated by pricing models, sales pipelines and cash flow.
You started because you were good at something that mattered.
But being brilliant at the work doesn't automatically teach you how to build the business around it.
BUSY.
You're doing the work, serving customers and keeping everything moving — but the business depends on far too much of you.
UNPREDICTABLE.
Customers come. Money comes in. But perhaps neither happens with enough consistency to give you real confidence.
STUCK.
You know things need to change — your prices, your marketing, your boundaries, your systems — but knowing and changing aren't the same thing.
The problem isn't your purpose.
It's the business built around it.
That's something we can change.
PURPOSE DESERVES PROFIT
Your work deserves a better business.
You didn't choose this path just to maximise revenue.
You chose it because you're good at something. Because you care about the people you work with. Because, in some way, you want your work to matter.
I believe people doing meaningful work should be able to build seriously successful businesses around it.
Make good money.
You shouldn't have to choose between doing work that matters and earning well from it.
Reach more people.
Great work deserves great marketing, confident selling and a business capable of taking it further.
Build something that lasts.
Your business should become stronger, more predictable and less dependent on you doing everything.
Get your life back.
Success shouldn't mean filling every available hour with more clients, more admin and more responsibility.
Making money doesn't diminish your purpose.
It gives it oxygen.
Profit gives you choices.
Marketing gives your work reach.
Systems give you freedom.
Confidence lets you ask for what you're worth.
A better business doesn't take you away from your purpose. It gives you the resources to pursue it properly.
Purpose without a sustainable business eventually becomes sacrifice.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO BUSINESS COACHING
There are two sides to every business.
On one side is the business itself.
The numbers. The offer. The pricing. The marketing. The sales. The systems. The strategy.
These are the things that determine whether the business actually works.
But on the other side is you.
The person deciding what to charge.
The person who has to sell.
The person deciding which opportunities to pursue and which to turn down.
The person setting the boundaries.
The person deciding how big this thing is allowed to become.
You can't separate the business from the person running it.
That's why my coaching works on both.

BECOME A BETTER OWNER
Understand what's shaping the decisions you make around money, value, selling, boundaries, confidence and growth.

Sometimes you already know what to do — and you're just not doing it.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I came to purpose-led business from the other direction.
Most people I work with started with their passion and had to learn business along the way.
I started with business.
I spent years helping to grow and run a company that reached seven-figure annual revenues — learning about money, customers, marketing, sales, people and the decisions that make a business work.
Then I walked away from it.
I wanted my work to mean something different.
That journey took me into coaching, meditation, wellbeing and spiritual practice — and eventually brought me back to something I hadn't expected.
I realised I still loved business.
I just wanted to use what I knew differently.
Today, I bring those two worlds together: commercial business thinking and deeper work with the person behind the business.
Because I believe some of the people doing the most meaningful work have never been given the business tools to take that work as far as it could go.
That's the work I want to do.
Help good people build really good businesses.
